Coconut Matcha Energy Balls

Ingredients

• 60g coconut flakes
• 70g cashews or blanched almonds
• 1 tbsp Health Bar Matcha
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• a pinch of salt

preparation

Process the cashew nuts or almonds to flour in a mixer. Not too long, otherwise you will get nut butter. First mix all dry ingredients and then mix with the oil and the maple syrup. Form the mixture with your hands into balls (lightly grease your hands with coconut oil so that the mixture does not stick too much). Cooling points so that they become a little firmer!
