Matcha Joghurt Bowl

Ingredients for 2 servings

Blueberry Layer:

• 200g soy quark
• 1 frozen banana
• 40 g frozen blueberries
• 60 g rice-coconut milk
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
Matcha Layer:

• 200g soy quark
• 2 level tsp matcha powder
• 1 tbsp maple syrup

preparation

Blend blueberry layer in the mixer to a cream.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, let sit briefly. Fill into 2 bowls.

Spread 50g of sprouted, gluten-free oats on top.

Stir Matcha layer into a cream and portion as a topping in the bowls.

Garnish with hemp seeds and fruits!
