Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine Werkstudentin im Bereich Social Media.

Deine Rolle bei uns

Du unterstützt unser Social Media Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und hilfst dabei, unsere Inhalte konsistent, hochwertig und nah an der Community umzusetzen.

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Content Creator:innen sowie dem Growth und Marketing Team zusammen, erhältst tiefe Einblicke in den Aufbau einer schnell wachsenden Brand und übernimmst gleichzeitig erste eigenständige Verantwortung.

Deine Aufgaben

- Unterstützung bei der täglichen Veröffentlichung von Content auf Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest und YouTube

- Aktive kreative Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Content Ideen, Formaten und Konzepten sowie Einbringen eigener Impulse

- Vorbereitung und Pflege von Content, z. B. Uploads, Caption Einpflege, Verlinkungen und Timing

- Community Management im Tagesgeschäft, Kommentare beantworten, DMs bearbeiten, Creator Anfragen bearbeiten

- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Stories, inklusive Story Formate und Updates

- Mitarbeit bei der Content Produktion, z. B. Vorbereitung, Orga oder einfache Video Cuts

- Unterstützung beim Sammeln und Aufbereiten von Content Ideen, Trends und Inspirationen

- Pflege von Content Kalendern und Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung von Social Media Abläufen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts

Das bringst du mit:

- Eingeschriebene Studentin im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbar

- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media sind ein Plus

- Gutes Gespür für Ästhetik, Trends und Social Media Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest und Youtube

- Interesse an Content Creation, Markenaufbau und digitalen Trends

- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

- Freude daran, im Team zu arbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

- Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch

Bonus:

- Erfahrung mit Tools wie CapCut, Canva, Figma, Creator Studio oder vergleichbaren Social Tools

- Grundkenntnisse im Short-Form Video Editing

Your role with us

You are responsible for our organic social media presence end-to-end – strategically, creatively and data-driven.
Your goal: to scale reach, build a community, and establish Health Bar as a love brand.

Your tasks

- Implementation and further development of our social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn, as well as prospectively on new platforms

- Conceptualization, planning and publication of daily social content with a focus on reach, engagement, brand building and conversions.

- Working with clearly defined KPIs such as follower growth, reach, engagement rate, interactions, saves, shares, and brand impact

- Development of social-first formats, reels and short-form videos together with our creator network

- Actively thinking about how content can be produced efficiently and scalably – without losing quality, relevance or authenticity.

- Continuous testing of new formats, trends and tools according to a clear test-and-learn logic.

- Analysis of content performance as well as rapid iteration and scaling of successful content

- Close collaboration with Growth, Marketing and Brand

- Social media support for campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations and partnerships

- Active, daily interaction with our community: comments, DMs, creator requests & collaborations

- Regular performance tracking and derivation of concrete recommendations for action

- Monitoring platform updates, trends and new formats for the continuous development of our strategy

You bring the following:

- Experience in building and activating a relevant community for a brand

- Experience with content that achieves organic reach beyond the existing follower base and generates measurable interactions.
You think in ideas, formats, and hooks – not in posts.

- Strong creative skills in developing social-first ideas, storylines, and formats that generate attention and fit the brand.

- Ability to develop independent, brand-typical content from trends, insights, and everyday moments – not just to copy trends.

- Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, tonality, and timing

- Data-driven working methods with the aim of making creative ideas measurable and scaling them in a targeted manner

- Security in briefing and collaboration with creators & influencers

- Experience with high content output and multiple parallel projects

- Curiosity and openness towards AI tools in content creation (practical experience is a big plus)

- Very good German at a native speaker level as well as good English

- Structured, independent and proactive work style

- Creative vision combined with analytical thinking and a genuine desire for growth

Bonus:
- Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Figma, Creator Studio or similar social tools
- Basic knowledge of short-form video editing

Event Assistant Student Trainee

Location: Berlin

YOUR TASKS

-Planning, organization and implementation of community & brand events (pop-ups, workshops, tastings, collaborations)
-Support in the implementation of marketing campaigns within the framework of events (digital & offline)
-Communication with cooperation partners, creators and service providers
-Support with PR campaigns
-Strategic development of our event and brand presence
