What is Matcha?

Qu'est-ce que le matcha?

Le matcha est un thé vert moulu sous sa forme la plus pure, mais contient plus de substances végétales secondaires (couleur, parfum et substances d'arôme) et est donc meilleure que le thé vert conventionnel.
Ce qui caractérise la poudre de matcha est une forte proportion d'antioxydants sains qui soutiennent le système immunitaire et contrecarrent le processus de vieillissement. Parce que contrairement au thé vert, où les feuilles de thé ne tirent que l'eau chaude, vous pouvez boire les feuilles de thé en broyage en matcha. Le goût est d'autant plus intense.

Que signifie cérémonial et comment reconnaissez-vous la plus haute qualité?

Notre Bio Matcha de cérémonie a la plus haute qualité, ce qui signifie que les feuilles de la toute première récolte ont été utilisées au printemps. Ceux-ci sont particulièrement doux dans le goût et diffèrent qualitativement (goût et couleur) de toutes les récoltes ultérieures qui suivent dans les autres mois de l'année.
Une autre différence de qualité est la récolte et le traitement à la main.
Presque aucune machine ne soit utilisée dans la récolte de notre matcha. Les premières feuilles sont cueillies à la main, à la vapeur doucement et moulues avec des pierres de granit.

L'extension a lieu sans pesticides. Des échantillons de sol annuels, ainsi que des tests de laboratoire concernant l'exposition aux métaux lourds et aux radiations, sont effectués afin de pouvoir offrir la meilleure qualité possible. De plus, chaque lot est soigneusement vérifié pour sa propriété minérale.

Notre qualité est confirmée par des normes strictes de l'éco-certificat de l'organisme de certification japonais Jona et de la certification biologique allemande.

From 50 € order value free of shipping within Germany. The delivery time is throughout Germany: 2-4 working days after the order input and across Europe: 3-7 working days.

In the event of shipping or within the EU, international shipping costs are incurred.

Right of cancellation: You have the right to revoke your purchase within fourteen days (from the date of purchase) without giving reasons.

Consequences of the revocation If you revoke this contract, we will transfer all the payments that we received from you, exclusive of delivery costs. The payment takes place at the latest within seven days from the day we received your return. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. We can refuse the repayment until we have returned the goods or until you have provided the proof that you have sent the goods back.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties and functionality of the goods not necessary to deal with them.

Exception of the return conditions Matcha Kits, which have damaged packaging, we can only withdraw against a compensation fee of EUR 5. If it is a damaged packaging regarding perishable food, these products are completely excluded from the return.

In general, goods that arrive damaged and have not been properly packed are excluded from the exchange!

Our chocolatier has a small bio-certified chocolate factory in Europe and only uses ingredients for the processing of our chocolate that come from 100% organic cultivation:

Bio- sojalecithin (GVO-free)

Matcha chocolate - benefit

Matcha is rich in antioxidants that not only strengthen our immune system, but also slow down the aging process.

The ingredients:

Organic cocoa butter: rich in minerals and vitamin E + K
Organic cane sugar (unaffected): rich in valuable minerals, impresses with its fine caramel grade
Bio-Härdrinkrinkpulver (gluten-free): rich in vitamins and minerals such as magnesium and iron
Bio-Matcha tea: the energy booster of the first harvest of Health Bar
Bio- Sojalecithin (GVO-free): ensures the faster absorption of nutrients and strengthens brain and nerve cells

The chocolate is gently melted at max. 48 degrees. This ensures that all benefits of the matcha are fully preserved. The Health Bar Chocolate is vegan, gluten -free and without sophisticated sugar.
