🧑‍🍳 How to make it – Step by Step

1. Blend the mango
Peel the mango, remove it from the stone and blend until creamy – ideally with no additives at all.

2. Whisk the matcha
Health Bar Matcha with 50–60 ml water (approx. 75 °C) until smooth – e.g. with a bamboo whisk or handheld milk frother.

3. Layer
First add the mango purée to your glass, then fill it with ice cubes.

4. Top up with milk
Pour in rice-coconut milk until about ¾ of the glass is full – use a barista version for extra creaminess.

5. Top with matcha
Gently pour the matcha on top – stir it in or leave it layered, however you like!

💡 Tips & Tricks

  • For extra fruitiness: add 1–2 frozen mango cubes to the glass as well.
  • Also delicious with almond or oat milk if you don't have rice-coconut on hand.
  • Prefer it sweeter? Add a teaspoon of agave syrup to the mango purée.
Can I use frozen mango too?

Yes! Just let it thaw briefly beforehand or blend it straight away with a little water until creamy – that makes it even colder.

Which milk works best?

Rice-coconut milk gives a particularly tropical aroma, but you can also use oat, almond or soy milk.

Can I also mix the matcha with cold water?

Yes – ideally with an electric frother. Warm water (approx. 75 °C), however, gives a particularly creamy result.

Does it taste good sweetened too?

Absolutely! You can use maple syrup, date paste or vanilla – either directly in the purée or in the milk.
