💡 Tips & Tricks

  • For extra creaminess: mix the soy quark with plant-based cream cheese.
  • Optionally top with fresh berries or cacao nibs.
  • Meal-prep friendly: keeps 3–4 days in the fridge.
Can I make the tiramisu gluten-free too?

Of course! Simply use gluten-free oats – everything else stays the same.

What does the Matcha Tiramisu taste like?

Fresh, lightly sweet, creamy – and thanks to our Ceremonial Matcha with a fine umami note. No comparison to classic tiramisu – but just as addictive.

Do I need to let it rest overnight?

At least 3 hours is enough, but overnight it becomes especially infused & creamy.

Can I freeze it?

Better not – the texture of the quark and oats suffers. Best enjoyed fresh or chilled.

Can I use other sweeteners?

Yes! Agave syrup, date syrup or erythritol work well too.
