  • 200 ml cucumber kombucha, homemade or e.g. ROY Kombucha
  • 1 to 2 g HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha – to the product
  • 30 ml water
  • fresh cucumber slices
  • Ice cubes

🧑‍🍳 Here's how – step by step

1. Prepare the glass
Fill a glass with ice cubes and fresh cucumber slices.

2. Pour in the kombucha
Add the cucumber kombucha to the glass.

3. Mix the Matcha
HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha stir until smooth or froth with 30 ml hot water (approx. 80 °C).

4. Finish the drink
Carefully pour the Matcha over the kombucha – for a lovely layering effect.

5. Serve
Enjoy immediately – ideally ice-cold.

  • It gets even fresher with a few mint leaves in the glass
  • If you like it sweeter, add a little agave syrup to the glass before pouring
