We are Health Bar. A growing brand for high-quality organic matcha, focusing on quality, aesthetics, and mindful everyday rituals. Social media is not an add-on for us, but a key driver of growth for our brand, community, and revenue.

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong focus on organic growth, content performance and platform logic.

Your tasks:

• Implementation and further development of our social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn, as well as prospectively on new platforms

• Planning, publishing and optimizing daily content with a focus on reach, engagement, brand building and conversions such as sessions and leads

• Working with clearly defined KPIs such as follower growth, reach, engagement rate, interactions, saves, shares, and contribution to brand awareness

• Close collaboration with our creator network to develop social-first visuals, videos, and campaigns for each platform

• Actively thinking about how content production can be efficiently scaled without losing quality, relevance, or authenticity.

• Continuous testing of new formats, trends, and tools with a clear test and learn logic

• Analyzing results and quickly iterating and scaling successful content

• Narrowness Coordination with our Growth and Marketing department

• Support for campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations and partnerships from a social media perspective

• Active and daily interaction with our community as well as coordination of creator requests and creator collaborations, including answering all comments and messages

• Regular tracking of content performance and derivation of concrete recommendations for action

• Monitoring platform updates, trends, and new formats for the continuous development of our strategy

What you bring with you:

• Experience in building and activating a relevant community for a brand

• Experience with content that achieves reach beyond the existing follower base and generates measurable interactions

• Practical experience in developing or implementing social media strategies, including content pillars and platform mix

• Very good feel for native content on Instagram and TikTok, as well as at least one other platform

• Data-driven approach with the ability to strategically scale successful content and consistently discontinue weaker approaches.

• Security in briefing and collaboration with creators and influencers

• Experience in handling high content output and multiple parallel projects

• Curiosity and openness towards AI tools in content creation. Practical experience is a big plus

• Very good German at a native speaker level as well as good English

• Structured, independent and proactive work style

• A creative vision combined with analytical thinking and a desire for growth

• Basic knowledge of short form video editing
