Right of withdrawal
(1)You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
(2) The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you have taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.
(4) To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.
(5) In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to food such as tea or other products that, because of the health and hygiene protection provisions mentioned above, are inseparably linked to the opening of the packaging. A return is therefore only possible if the seal remains intact.
Effects of withdrawal
(1) If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
(2) For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
(3) You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
(4) You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
