Coconut Matcha Energy Balls

Ingredients

• 60g coconut flakes
• 70g cashews or blanched almonds
• 1 tbsp Health Bar Matcha
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• a pinch of salt

preparation

Process the cashews or almonds into flour in a blender. Do not blend too long, or you will get nut butter. First, mix all the dry ingredients, then combine with the oil and maple syrup. Form the mixture into balls with your hands (lightly grease your hands with coconut oil so the mixture doesn't stick too much). Chill to firm them up a bit!
Tip! For the Raffaelo feeling, fill the balls with an almond!
