Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs. Exception to the return conditions Matcha kits that have damaged packaging can only be returned for a compensation fee of 5 EUR. If the damaged packaging concerns perishable food items, these products are completely excluded from return.
