  • 200–250 ml black tea (cooled)
  • 4–5 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha – to the product
  • 100 ml oat milk or other plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp agave syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • approx. 50 ml water to mix the Matcha

1. Prepare the black tea
Brew black tea (e.g. Earl Grey or Ceylon), let it cool completely and fill into a glass with ice cubes.

2. Prepare the cold foam
Health Bar Matcha whisked with a small splash of water, then frothed with milk and agave syrup (e.g. in a milk frother or by hand).

3. Layer the drink
Carefully pour the frothed matcha cold foam over the black tea – for a lovely play of colour.

4. Garnish & serve
