APPLICATION To use the chasen, it should be placed in water with the struts down for 1 minute before each use. This prevents the struts from breaking when stirring.

CARE

After use, it is important to clean the Matcha Whisk with water only and not to use dish soap. To do this, simply hold the whisk under warm water and gently wipe it with your hands. Alternatively, you can soak the whisk in warm water for 1 minute. After that, the usual preparation of Matcha should be repeated completely without Matcha Powder to clean the whisk optimally. Now shake out the whisk over the sink and be sure to let it dry with the struts facing down. Otherwise, mold could form in the handle. Ideally, you put the whisk on the Matcha Whisk Holder "Chasen Yasume".

Filigree Bamboo Whisk (Chasen) with 80 struts. The Bamboo Whisk is handmade from one piece of golden bamboo. With the fine struts, Matcha tea can be quickly and easily stirred and whisked until frothy. Essential for the traditional preparation of Matcha tea.

MANUFACTURE Only bamboo that is at least 2 years old is used for production. Pieces of bamboo are cut to fit the length. To make the struts, the inner material is removed. From the solid skin, 80 thin struts are now cut. A thread is attached to the end of the struts to provide the necessary support. The other end of the struts are twisted with a knife and grounded. Thus, the Chasen is not only robust, but also offers the fine Matcha Powder hardly any opportunity to attach to the surface.

Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will transfer back to you all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs. The payment will be made no later than seven days from the day we received your return.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exception to the return conditions Matcha Kits that have damaged packaging, we can only take back against a compensation lump sum of 5 EUR.

If it is a damaged packaging regarding perishable food, these products are completely excluded from return.

In general, goods that arrive damaged and were not properly packaged are excluded from exchange!
