With which shipping company do you send?
We send with DPD, DHL and Swiss Post
How long does shipping take?
This depends on the respective shipping company. Health Bar Orders are processed by the Hive fulfillment center. The shipping takes place from Germany. The processing time of an order usually takes 24 hours.
Can I receive your packages to my DHL Packstation?
Of course we also send pack stations at DHL
How can I pay you?
With us you have the following options:

Return and exchange
An article is missing in my show, what do I have to do?
If you receive an incomplete broadcast from us, please send us an email service@health-bar.com With the following details to initiate a review:
· A photo of the shipping label
· A photo of the outside package (possible damage to the package should be documented)
· A photo of the package from the inside including content
We will register with a solution within 48 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please send us an email to service@health-bar.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Name and address
We work with a fulfillment center, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Once items are packed, cancelation is no longer possible. Please keep in mind that our customer service is available from Mon-Fri 10am-6pm.
How can I return products from my order?
"A return is possible within 14 days after receiving your goods. Please download your return label from our Customer Portal or send us an email at service@health-bar.com."

The Matcha Club is a loyal program with which we want to return our customers something. With every purchase or action, you collect valuable points that you can redeem in our shop. In addition, many other exclusive advantages, actions and gifts are waiting for you!

How can I collect points?
With every online purchase on our website and other promotions such as friends or on your birthday, points are credited to your customer account, which you can redeem against products or vouchers in our online shop.
How do I become a member?
Simply use the registration form on the Club page. If you already have a customer account, you just have to log in to your existing account and agree to your free club membership.
What happens to the purchases and points before the club registration?
Unfortunately, we cannot retrieve the points afterwards, so you can still register today!
Is participation free?
Everyone can register with us in the club completely free of charge and collect points!
