Free shipping within Germany for orders over €25. From 100 € order value free shipping within the EU. The shipping time depends on our service provider DHL and is Germany-wide: approx. 2-4 working days after dispatch and Europe-wide: 3-7 working days.

International shipping costs apply for worldwide shipping or within the EU.

Due to the temperature sensitivity of chocolate, we would like to point out that we cannot accept any liability for any temperature-related damage. We therefore recommend that you check the weather conditions before ordering.

 

For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). The latter also handles customs clearance, invoicing and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs charged. In order to ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland, we would like to inform you for reasons of transparency that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the retail chain. This does not incur any additional costs for the buyer.
