Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will transfer back to you all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs. The payment will be made no later than seven days from the day we received your return.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties or functioning of the goods.

Exception to the return conditions Matcha Kits that have damaged packaging, we can only take back against a compensation lump sum of 5 EUR.

If it is a damaged packaging regarding perishable food, these products are completely excluded from return.

In general, goods that arrive damaged and were not properly packaged are excluded from exchange!
