  • 60g coconut flakes
  • 70g cashews or blanched almonds
  • 1 tbsp HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

🧑‍🍳 Here's how – step by step

1. Prepare nuts Finely grind the cashews or almonds in a blender - but not for too long, otherwise it will become nut butter!

2. Mix ingredients Mix ground nuts with coconut flakes, matcha, salt and vanilla. Then add coconut oil and maple syrup and knead everything into a sticky mass.

3. Form balls Form balls with lightly oiled hands. Optionally place a whole almond in the middle as a surprise.

4. Enjoy cooling Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes - then the balls are nice and firm and ready to snack!

  • For extra crunch: Mix a few more chopped nuts into the dough.
  • If you like it sweeter, add 1 date or more maple syrup.
  • Stored airtight in the refrigerator, they will last up to 5 days - or you can freeze them.
