  • 2-3 tbsp hot water for mixing
  • 80–100 ml plant-based milk (e.g. oat or soy)

1. Prepare jasmine tea Brew the tea, let it steep for 5-7 minutes and cool completely.

2. Mix matcha 1 tsp Matcha Mix with 2-3 tbsp of water at approx. 75 °C until smooth.

3. Froth milk Add plant milk to the matcha and froth with a milk frother until a creamy, stable head is created.

4. Prepare glass Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the jasmine tea over it.
