💡 Tips & Tricks

  • For more fruitiness: add 1-2 additional frozen mango cubes to the glass.
  • Also delicious with almond or oat milk if you don't have rice-coconut on hand.
  • Do you like it sweeter? Then add a teaspoon of agave syrup to the mango puree.
Can I also use frozen mango?

Yes! Simply let it thaw briefly beforehand or mix it straight with a little water until creamy - that way it will be even cooler.

Which milk is best?

Rice-coconut milk gives a particularly tropical flavor, but you can also use oat, almond or soy milk.

Can I also mix the matcha with cold water?

Yes - it's best to use an electric foamer. However, warm water (approx. 75 °C) ensures a particularly creamy result.

Does it taste sweetened too?

In any case! You can use maple syrup, date puree or vanilla - directly into the puree or into the milk.
