💡 Tips & Tricks

  • For extra freshness: grate lemon zest into the glass or garnish with mint.
  • Prefer it more intense? Increase the Matcha dose to 1.5 tsp.
  • The drink also works well as an alcohol-free aperitif – true to style in a wine glass!
Can I use ready-made ginger juice?

Yes, but freshly blended ginger brings a much more intense aroma and is free from additives.

Can I prepare the drink in advance?

You can mix the Matcha, lemon, ginger and maple syrup in advance and keep it in the fridge. Only top up with ice & sparkling water when serving.

Pleasantly fresh with a light sweetness – you can also leave out or adjust the maple syrup, entirely to taste.

What makes a good snack alongside it?

Savoury crackers, edamame, nuts or even a light Matcha cookie are ideal companions.
