  • 1 tsp ground vanilla
  • Maple syrup to taste

For the matcha layer:

  • 150g tender oat flakes
  • 320ml plant-based milk (e.g. oat or almond)

1. Mix the cream Mix the soy curd, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth and set aside.

2. Prepare the matcha mixture Oatmeal, plant-based milk, MatchaMix , chia seeds and maple syrup thoroughly in a bowl.

3. Layers Alternately layer the cream and matcha oat mixture in a glass or mold - like with classic tiramisu.

4. Cooling Let sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
