💡 Tips & Tricks

  • The darker the chocolate, the more intense the taste - we recommend 70% cocoa content.
  • If you like it sweeter, add some maple syrup or coconut blossom sugar to the milk.
  • Also delicious: with coconut flakes or vegan cream as decoration.
Can I also make a hot version?

Yes - you can slightly warm the stracciatella milk and then stir in the matcha. Great for cool days!

Does this also work with white chocolate?

Yes, but then the drink becomes significantly sweeter - dark chocolate harmonizes better with the matcha taste.

Coconut rice or oat milk with barista quality - they foam well and have natural sweetness.
