Erdbeer-Matcha Smoothie

For 1 Glass

Strawberry Layer:

• 150 g frozen strawberries
• 80 ml oat milk
• 60 g soy quark
• 1 tbsp maple syrup

Matcha Layer

• Mix 2 level tsp Health Bar Matcha with 30 ml water.
• 240 g soy quark
• 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

preparation

First mix the ingredients for the strawberries layer well and fill it in a glass.
Now mix the ingredients for the Matcha layer and add to the strawberry mix.
