Matcha-Spinat Tortillas

Ingredients

• 100g Spinat frisch oder gefroren
• 30ml Pflanzenöl
• ½ TL Salz
• 185g Dinkelmehl
• 1 gehäufter TL Health Bar Matcha
• ½ TL Backpulver

preparation

Rinse the fresh spinach and steam the dripping wet in a pan on medium heat until it has fallen together (simply thawing frozen spinach). Puree the spinach with the oil and salt in a blender. Mix the dry ingredients and add and mix the spinach puree. Knead with your hands for about 5 minutes until a smooth dough is created. Depending on the consistency, give in a little water or flour.

Form the dough into a ball, cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Then flour the work surface, divide the dough into 3 parts and roll out thinly.

Heat a pan over medium heat and bake the flatbreads from each side for 1-2 minutes until they form small bubbles.

Fill, roll up and enjoy with the desired ingredients.
