Matcha Porridge mit Pflaumen

Ingredients

• 120 g oats
• 250 g oat milk
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch of ground vanilla
• 1 -2 tsp Health Bar Matcha
• 6 plums
• Let simmer with 100 ml water
• Season with 1 pinch of cinnamon and coconut sugar

preparation

Heat the oatmeal with the oat milk and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes and stir in the ground vanilla and the matcha, mix well and set aside. Put the plums into a saucepan with the water, let it boil down and taste sugar with cinnamon and coconut. Put the porridge in a bowl, put the plum compote over it and serve.
