Matcha Tahini Ecken

Ingredients

• 50g oats
• 2 tbsp ground hazelnuts
• a pinch of salt (to taste)
• a pinch of cinnamon
• approx. 25g chopped almonds
• 80g tahini
• 70g coconut blossom syrup
• 50g vegan matcha chocolate (+ vegan white chocolate for the swirl, optional)
• Some sesame seeds

preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and mix oatmeal, ground hazelnuts, salt, cinnamon and chopped almonds in a bowl.
2. Add Tafini and coconut blossom syrup and mix to a sticky mass.
Now use a moistened spoon on a baking sheet into the most square, flat shape.
3. Then bake for 10-12 minutes and then let it cool completely.
4. Melt the Matcha chocolate in a water bath and spread the baked mass (melt white chocolate optionally and create a swirl pattern).
5. Finally, sprinkle with a little sesame and cut into smaller corners, bars or squares.
