Matcha Twix (Caramel Bites)

Ingredients for 1 tray

• 30g Hafermehl ( glutenfrei)
• 6-7 EL Kokosöl, neutral
• 3 EL Ahornsirup
• 1/2 TL gemahlene Vanille
• 1 Prise Salz
Für die Karamell Creme:

• 10 Medjool Datteln, entsteint und 30 Minuten eingeweicht in kochend heißem Wasser
• 50 g Dattelsirup
• 50 g Mandel- oder Cashewmus
• 120 g Kokosöl
• 1 TL (gestr.) Salz
• 1 TL Vanille
Topping:

• 2 x Matcha Schokolade von Health Bar

First, have all the ingredients for the floor in the food processor processed into a dough.
