Coconut raspberry balls

with matcha chocolate

  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 150g coconut flakes
  • optional 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100g Health Bar Matcha chocolate

Preparation:

Mix the raspberries with the coconut flakes in a high-powered blender and quickly form into balls before the raspberries melt into the mixture. Freeze the balls for at least 1 hour. Then coat with the melted chocolate and enjoy. Store the balls in the freezer.
