Cut the Medjool dates in half and pit them. Fill the middle of the dates with some almond butter. Leave to cool in the freezer. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Drizzle the chocolate over the Medjool dates and then top with the chopped almonds. Put it to harden in the freezer. Store in the fridge or freezer.
