Matcha Muesli Coins

  • 50g quinoa
  • 50g chopped almonds
  • 30g dried cranberries
  • 2 bars of Health Bar Matcha Chocolate

Preparation:

Roast the quinoa and almonds in a pan without oil. Chop the cranberries. Melt the Matcha Chocolate in a water bath. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour small coins onto parchment paper and let cool in the fridge!
