Cleaning and care
To ensure your matcha whisk retains its shape and remains hygienically clean for a long time, please observe the following instructions:
- Clean with warm water only.
- Do not use dish soap or cleaning agents.
- Optional: Soak the whisk in water for 1 minute and froth again without matcha.
- Shake lightly after cleaning.
- Always dry with the struts facing downwards., to prevent mold growth under control

Traditional manufacturing & quality
For manufacturing, exclusively Bamboo that is at least 2 years old used.
- Bamboo is cut lengthwise.
- The inner material is removed.
- The solid outer skin forms 80 fine struts
- Fixation using a strong thread
- The ends are turned and ground.
The result is a robust, smooth chasen, on which fine matcha powder hardly settles – ideal for creamy, even foam.
Your matcha ritual begins here:
Preparation: Soak the broom in water for a few minutes before use to soften the bamboo and prevent the ribs from breaking.
Foaming: Put your matcha powder and water into the bowl and quickly move the chasen in a Z or W shape – do not stir, but whisk until frothy.
Result: A velvety, even foam and an intense taste experience.

Der Besen-Halter hält, was er verspricht-der Chasen sitzt perfekt oben auf und kann somit nach der Nutzung gut trocknen, so wie es sein soll :-)
Ich bin matcha anfängerin aber mit dem matcha hat es einfach gleich wunderbar geschmeckt überhaupt nicht grasig oder bitter und durch die farbe sieht das Getränk na klar auch mega aus

Ich habe mit gedacht als absolute Matcha-Anfängerin kaufe ich mir den Halter doch lieber mit, bevor ich den Chasen kaputt mache.
Es war die beste Entscheidung!! Es ist so einfach & man muss sich nicht mehr um den Chasen kümmern. Einfach mit Wasser abspülen nach der Benutzung & auf den Halter drauf!
Absolutes MUSS als Zubehör beim Matcha!
Sehr praktisch und empfehlenswert. Bei meinem ersten Chasen habe ich den Fehler gemacht keinen Halter mitzukaufen, weshalb mein Chasen nie richtig trocken konnte und daher schnell geschimmelt ist. Dieses Problem hat man mit einem Chasen- Halter nicht mehr!
