Blueberry Matcha Latte

For 1 Glass

- 50 g frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Health Bar Food Organic Matcha
- 150 ml vegan milk

preparation

Put the frozen blueberries together with the coconut sugar and a little water in a pot and let simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and then enjoy with your HEALTH BAR FOOD organic matcha and some soy milk.
