Ingredients

  • 60 g coconut flakes
  • 70 g cashews or blanched almonds
  • 1 tbsp HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

🧑‍🍳 Here's how – step by step

1. Prepare the nuts
Finely grind the cashews or almonds in a blender – but not too long, or it'll turn into nut butter!

2. Combine the ingredients
Mix the ground nuts with the coconut flakes, Matcha, salt and vanilla. Then add the coconut oil and maple syrup and knead everything into a sticky mixture.

3. Shape the balls
With lightly oiled hands, shape into balls. Optionally place a whole almond in the centre as a surprise.

4. Chill & enjoy
Pop into the fridge for approx. 30 minutes – then the balls are nicely firm and ready to snack!
