💡 Tips & Tricks

  • For extra crunch: toast the chopped almonds briefly in a pan.
  • You can also use peanut butter or cashew butter for the filling.
  • The dates are perfect to prepare ahead and keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Can I make the dates with white chocolate too?

Of course – especially tasty combined with Matcha powder as a topping! But our HEALTHBAR Matcha Chocolate is already the perfect combination.

Do the dates have to be frozen?

Frozen they're especially refreshing, but you can also simply enjoy them chilled – depending on how soft or firm you like them.

Do Deglet Nour dates work too?

They're smaller and drier – we recommend the large, soft Medjool dates for best results.

Is there a recipe for homemade Matcha chocolate?

Of course – we're happy to help! But for this recipe we recommend our HEALTHBAR Matcha Chocolate, which is ready to use straight away.
