These matcha pralines are the finest little moments of pleasure - ideal as a gift for Easter or as a homemade treat for in between. The creamy cashew filling brings a slight nuttiness that pairs perfectly with our Organic matcha chocolate plain Harmonizes.

✨ Ingredients for approximately 8–10 chocolates

🧑‍🍳 Here's how – step by step

1.Prepare cashew cream: Soak cashews in warm water for 2-3 hours. Then drain and puree with 60 ml of fresh water until a smooth cream is formed.

2.Melt the chocolate: The HEALTHBAR Matcha chocolate Melt slowly over a water bath.

3. Mix the filling: Warm 40 g of the cashew cream slightly and mix with vanilla and salt.

4.Stir in chocolate: Gradually add the melted matcha chocolate to the cashew cream, stirring constantly, until a creamy mixture is formed.

5.Form & cool: Pour the mixture into praline silicone molds and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

6.Enjoy: Carefully remove the solidified pralines from the mold and serve. Store in the refrigerator.

  • For extra crunch, you can sprinkle some puffed quinoa or chopped pistachios into the mold before pouring the mixture.

Yes! The cashew cream can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Just stir well before using.

Which shape is suitable for the chocolates?

Do I have to freeze the chocolates?

Yes, definitely put it in the freezer to solidify. Then you can store them in the fridge - they stay nice and creamy.
