  • 160g vegan white chocolate (e.g. iChoc)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp HEALTHBAR Matcha powder
  • a pinch of ground vanilla

1. Melt chocolate Slowly melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil in a water bath. Stir occasionally until everything is smooth.

2. Mix ingredients Silken tofu, maple syrup, HEALTHBAR Matcha, vanilla and the melted chocolate in a high speed blender. Mix on high for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and slightly foamy.

3. Fill & cool Pour the still liquid mixture into dessert glasses or a larger bowl. Leave to set in the fridge overnight (at least 6 hours).
