  • 1 frozen banana
  • 40g frozen blueberries
  • 60g rice-coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

🍵 Matcha Layer:

  • 200g soy curd
  • 2 teaspoons HEALTHBAR organic matcha – to the product
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

🌾 Toppings:

  • 50g sprouted, gluten-free oat flakes
  • fresh fruits of your choice (e.g. kiwi, berries, banana)
  • Hemp seeds to taste

🧑‍🍳 Here's how – step by step

1. Mix the blueberry layer Put the banana, frozen blueberries, soy curd, plant drink and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in the blender and puree until creamy.

2. Add chia Stir 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into the mixture, let it soak for 5 minutes, then divide into two bowls.

3. Top with oatmeal Sprinkle 25g of sprouted oat flakes over each blueberry layer.

4. Mix the matcha layer Mix 200g soy curd with 2 teaspoons HEALTHBAR Matcha and 1 tablespoon maple syrup until smooth.
