  • 150 ml plant-based milk
  • 1 to 2 g HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha – to the product
  • 30 ml water
  • 50 ml vegan whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp pistachio puree
  • Ice cubes

🧑‍🍳 Here's how – step by step

1. Prepare matcha HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha Stir or foam with 30 ml of hot water (approx. 80 °C).

2. Prepare the glass Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the plant-based milk. Carefully pour the matcha over it.

3. Mix the Pistachio Cloud Mix the vegan whipped cream with pistachio butter until it has a fluffy consistency.

4. Pour cloud onto the matcha Carefully place the pistachio cream on top of the matcha so that it remains visible as a “cloud”.
