💡 Tips & Tricks

  • If you like it sweeter, you can add some maple syrup or vanilla extract to the strawberry milk.
  • You can also replace the strawberry powder with real pureed strawberries - it tastes even fresher.
  • Also delicious: Add a few frozen berries to the glass - provides extra cool & color.
Do I have to foam the strawberry powder or can I stir it in?

You can also simply stir it in - but for the typical “cloud” look, we recommend frothing with barista milk.

Which milk works best?

Barista oat milk produces the most stable foam and goes perfectly with strawberry matcha.

Can I use fresh strawberries instead of powder?

Yes - just finely puree 2-3 strawberries and mix them with a little milk. The foam becomes a little less stable, but super fruity.

Can I also serve this warm?

In any case! Prepare the matcha and strawberry milk with hot oat milk - results in a fruity, warm latte with a spring touch.
