💡 Tips & Tricks

  • For more freshness: add a little lemon or lime juice
  • For a protein boost: add 1 tbsp hemp protein or chia seeds
  • Also works great as a bowl base – simply use a little less water
Can I use frozen banana?

Yes – this makes the smoothie especially creamy and cold. Perfect in summer!

Does the spirulina have to go in?

No – but it supports the colour and perfectly rounds off the green profile.

Can I use other leafy greens?

Yes – kale, rocket or chard work well too.

How do I turn it into a smoothie bowl?

Use less water and blend in some frozen banana or ice cubes – then spoon it instead of drinking it.
