Blend the coconut cream, maple syrup, Matcha and lemon juice in a blender until creamy! Pour into a silicone mold and let it set in the freezer. Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a water bath. Cover the ice cream on one or both sides with the chocolate and top with the chopped almonds or other nuts. Let it harden again in the freezer!
Matcha Ice Cream
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 can of coconut milk (put in the fridge overnight, remove the coconut cream and use the liquid for a smoothie)
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 slightly heaped tbsp Matcha powder
- 1 splash of lemon juice
topping :
- 1 bar of Health Bar Matcha Chocolate, melted
- Chopped almonds
