Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made no later than seven days from the day we received your return. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction. Exception to the return conditions Matcha kits that have damaged packaging can only be returned for a compensation fee of 5 EUR. If the damaged packaging concerns perishable food items, these products are completely excluded from return.

In general, goods that arrive damaged and were not properly packaged are excluded from exchange!
