Unique preparation:
The name “Sencha” (煎茶) literally means “boiled tea” and describes the traditional preparation in which hot water is poured over the carefully dried tea leaves. In order to develop the full aroma and nuances of the Sencha, we recommend using soft, pH-neutral water.
