Peach Iced Tea Matcha – Matcha of the Month: July

Juicy peach, homemade iced tea and finely whisked Matcha come together here to create a drink we just can't do without anymore.

Light, refreshing and just right for warm days. A bit like iced tea — only greener, fresher and with more depth.

Why we love him:

The natural sweetness of the peach brings a soft fruitiness that harmonizes perfectly with the fresh, slightly tart notes of the matcha.
The brewed Sencha gives the drink additional lightness and makes it particularly clear in taste.

Refreshing, uncomplicated and a little bit of summer in a glass.

💡 Tips & Tricks

For more fruitiness: A few fresh peach pieces in the glass make the drink even juicier and give it extra summer vibes.

For more freshness: A little mint or an additional squeeze of lemon brings even more lightness.

For perfect layers: Slowly pour the matcha over the back of a spoon - this will keep the layered look particularly beautiful.

Can I use another tea instead of Sencha?

Yes — light green tea or jasmine tea also work well. But Sencha brings the freshest, clearest base.

Can I make the drink without sugar?

Clear. The natural sweetness of the peach is often enough - depending on the level of ripeness.

Can I use frozen peaches?

Yes, this works just as well and is particularly practical when it is not the season.

Can I also make the drink with Mulberry Matcha?

Yes — for a caffeine-free version, you can easily replace the matcha with Mulberry Leaf Matcha. This makes it even gentler and perfect for the afternoon or evening.
