💡 Tips & Tricks

  • For extra stability: use barista plant-based milk.
  • You can optionally sweeten with a little vanilla or maple syrup.
  • Jasmine tea tastes especially mild & floral – perfect with Matcha!
Do I have to use jasmine tea or can I use green tea too?

Green tea works too, but jasmine gives the drink its special floral note – we recommend it for the original aroma.

Which milk is best for the cloud?

Oat or soya milk (barista version) froth up especially creamy – this makes the cloud stable and fluffy.

Does the Matcha cloud stay on top for long?

Yes, if you pour it on gently and use barista milk. It's best served fresh, so the layering stays at its most beautiful.

Can I make the Matcha cloud cold too?

Yes! Simply use cold water for mixing and lightly chill the milk before frothing – it works without heat too.
