✨ Ingredients for 3 large tortillas

  • 100 g fresh or frozen spinach
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 185 g spelled flour
  • 1 heaped tsp HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha
  • ½ tsp baking powder

🧑‍🍳 Here's how – step by step

1. Prepare spinach Rinse fresh spinach and sauté it in a pan until it wilts. Simply let the frozen spinach thaw.

2. Puree Puree spinach with oil and salt in a blender until fine.

3. Make dough Mix flour, matcha and baking powder in a bowl. Add the spinach puree and knead with your hands for about 5 minutes to form a smooth dough. Depending on the consistency, add a little water or flour.

4. Let it rest Form the dough into a ball, cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

5. Roll out & Bake Flour the work surface, divide the dough into 3 portions and roll each out into thin flat cakes. Bake in a hot pan without fat over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
