Ingredients for 2 servings

🫐 Blueberry Layer:

  • 200 g soy quark
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 40 g frozen blueberries
  • 60 g rice-coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

🍵 Matcha Layer:

  • 200 g soy quark
  • 2 level tsp HEALTHBAR Bio Matcha – to the product
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

🌾 Toppings:

  • 50 g sprouted, gluten-free rolled oats
  • fresh fruit of your choice (e.g. kiwi, berries, banana)
  • hemp seeds to taste

🧑‍🍳 Here's how – step by step

1. Blend the Blueberry Layer
Put the banana, frozen blueberries, soy quark, plant-based drink and 1 tbsp maple syrup into the blender and blend until creamy.

2. Add the chia
Stir 2 tbsp chia seeds into the mixture, leave to swell for 5 minutes, then divide between two bowls.

3. Top with oats
Sprinkle 25 g sprouted oats over the blueberry layer in each.

4. Mix the Matcha Layer
Stir 200 g soy quark until smooth with 2 tsp HEALTHBAR Matcha and 1 tbsp maple syrup.

5. Final layer & toppings
Add the matcha yoghurt as a second layer on the bowl and garnish with hemp seeds and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
