💡 Tips & Tricks

  • For extra protein, add a portion of vegan protein powder to one of the layers
  • Add a frozen banana = even creamier
  • With fresh strawberries on top it looks especially pretty
Can I use coconut yoghurt instead of soya quark?

Yes – the consistency stays creamy, the smoothie just becomes a little milder.

Is the smoothie sweet enough even without maple syrup?

Usually yes – especially if the strawberries are very ripe.

Can I use fresh strawberries?

Yes – then optionally add a few ice cubes so it becomes creamy and cold.

Can I mix the layers together?

Absolutely – then you get an evenly fruity-green smoothie.
