Matcha Granola

  • 200g oats
  • 50g almonds
  • 40g pistachios
  • 50g grated coconut
  • 60g coconut oil
  • 60g maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Health Bar Matcha
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

Options:

  • some Matcha Chocolate

Preparation:

First mix all the dry ingredients and then mix in the liquid ingredients. Spread the mass on a baking tray and bake at 170° for 15-20 minutes. Leave the granola to cool on the baking sheet. Then optionally mix in some chopped Matcha Chocolate and store the Granola in a container.
