Methods for everyday life
Anti-aging
Great, radiant skin knows no age limit. Simple everyday hacks make it possible!
At a certain age, you look in the mirror and realize you're not 20 anymore. For me, this realization came in my mid-30s. After a sleepless night, I looked at myself in the morning. My eyes were squinting, and I had the matcha on my right. I noticed the external changes in my hand. The elasticity simply isn't what it used to be.
From a purely external perspective, I find laugh lines or wrinkles around the eyes charismatic. For me, that's how it looks. They reflect each person's own life experiences and wisdom. And yet, there are also signs of skin aging that one intuitively wants to counteract immediately.
There are indeed some helpful methods that we can integrate into our daily lives without much effort. The crucial thing, however, is consistency and regularity.
Collagen
Collagen in our skin ensures a smooth skin surface. From around the age of 25, our collagen production slows down steadily, which in turn means that fine lines appear more and more due to skin laxity.
To counteract this, you should include foods in your diet that provide a natural collagen boost:

1. Red fruits and vegetables
such as tomatoes, beets, red peppers, rosehips, and strawberries. Red fruits and vegetables naturally contain many antioxidants.

2. Orange fruits and vegetables
Foods like sweet potatoes, carrots, mangoes, and apricots contain plenty of vitamin A. This strengthens cell growth and stimulates the body's own collagen production.

3. Avocados
They not only contain plenty of vitamin E, which fights free radicals, but also lots of omega-3 fatty acids, which prevent the breakdown of collagen.
Massages
Massages can be used specifically to reduce wrinkles. Targeted hand movements stimulate blood circulation and loosen and relax individual muscle groups.
These days, you hear and read a lot about lymphatic drainage, especially in connection with anti-aging. But how exactly does it work? The lymphatic system is responsible for transporting nutrients, but also for removing toxins. It detoxifies our tissues. Occasionally, a so-called lymphatic congestion can occur. This causes swelling and a dull complexion. Lymphatic drainage relieves the congestion, resulting in a fresher and more youthful complexion.
Sports
Sport is the foundation for our mental and physical fitness. But it also improves our appearance: a fresher complexion, firmer skin, and fewer unwanted fat deposits. Exercise also promotes bone growth and thus counteracts wear and tear.

Drink enough water
When our body is adequately hydrated, it can function and be used optimally. Pure water is the best way to hydrate. Water directly benefits us without any detours. It has a detoxifying effect, allowing toxins and nutrients to be transported more efficiently. In particular, the elasticity and vitality of our skin depend significantly on our water intake.
Did you know?
In Chinese culture, it is common to take several sips of hot water throughout the day.

Sleep
The idea of beauty sleep is scientifically proven and no longer just a myth. At night, the skin begins to regenerate, cleanse, and recycle. After two hours of sleep, this process is complete. We've reached our peak. If we don't sleep, our genes can't perform their original functions, and this quickly becomes visible on our skin.

Matcha
Matcha is not only delicious, but also natural. Matcha powder contains antioxidants and other plant compounds.
